Job Description:
- Conduct requirements gathering and perform assessments.
- Build gap fitment and analyze tools/processes to align with Risk Management.
- Implement and execute solutions while maintaining active communication with various business stakeholders.
- Experience in Risk, Compliance, AML, and Audit areas along with relevant work experience in Risk frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology Governance Framework (ITGF) and identifying client gaps related to national and international frameworks.
- Identify required security tools based on specific requirements and build a comprehensive Cybersecurity Strategy compliant with regulatory frameworks.
- Develop Cybersecurity Policies, Procedures, and Standards.
- Perform cybersecurity audits and draft audit reports.
- Create awareness content and programs focusing on Cyber Security for IT and end-users.
- Carry out comprehensive Cybersecurity Risk Assessments and assessments in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management.
- Implementation experience with National Frameworks (SAMA CSF, CTI, NCA ECC, DCC, CCC, PDPL, etc.) and ISO standards (ISO27001 and ISO22301).
- Develop Security key performance indicators and monitoring controls while keeping updated with changes in laws and regulations.
- Proficient in using Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools and software.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong adaptability to new situations and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to work independently or as part of a team with strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Experience in internal control, compliance, and risk management is preferred.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance in the cybersecurity domain.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
