About the Role
This role supports internal analytics of the company listed instruments, including stocks and bonds, and requires effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The aim is to ensure the highest possible standards of equity and debt focused investor relations (IR) across the Group while maximizing shareholder value through active involvement in equity and debt capital markets projects conducted by the Group’s Strategic Investments team.

Key Accountabilities
- Maintain an informed approach on key trends, financial results, and stakeholder expectations. Carry out peer and market reviews, providing timely alerts and reports internally.
- Support the company Group by providing regular and ad-hoc internal reports and analyses related to the company listed instruments.
- Gather materials, conduct analyses, and establish communication streams internally as well as with equity and fixed income representatives of the brokerage and investment community to sustain high awareness around price movements and key drivers of the company listed instruments.
- Assist in drafting and updating equity or fixed income related investor materials for the IR team of the company Group, ensuring timely and accurate updates within legal, regulatory, and internal policy bounds.
- Monitor and record feedback from existing and prospective investors. Participate in marketing and targeting efforts directed at investors by the Group and its associates.
- Guide and support investor and analyst engagement across the Group.
- Evaluate the company Group equity stories and seek methods to maximize value creation across the Group.
- Identify opportunities to enhance liquidity across the company listed company portfolio.
- Actively partake in the development of the internal “Center of IR Excellence” to advance IR best practice standards.
- Drive internal employee awareness initiatives focused on capital markets, investor relations, and the company stocks.
- Refine existing strategies and help construct new investor relations strategies.
- Assist in developing and monitoring performance metrics for the IR function across the company Group.
- Play a significant role in the company Group’s debt and equity capital markets activities and projects.
- Engage in regular debt-related reporting activities.
- Contribute to attracting top IR talent across the organization and proactively lead internal IR learning and development programs.
- Liaise with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and best IR practices across the Group.
- Promote internal IR digitalization and AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communication regarding investor and analyst engagement events and the dissemination of materials through various media platforms.
- Monitor comparable companies and stay informed on the valuation of the company Group’s listed subsidiaries relative to history and peers.
- Assist in training relevant internal personnel and IR teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and the highest standards of IR practices.
- Support individual IR teams on an ad-hoc basis, including during potential IPO processes.
- Play a role in supporting the company Group’s sustainability objectives by monitoring related information to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and assisting the internal sustainability team with investor engagement tasks.
Supervision
- Participate in the planning and coordination of all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
- Assist in training and developing assigned staff to enhance their skills and proficiency in delivering the respective IR objectives.

- Implement approved departmental policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures to support the execution of departmental work programs in alignment with company and international standards.
- Comply with all relevant legislation and legal regulations.

- Contribute to achieving approved performance objectives for the department in line with the corporate performance framework.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
- Comply with pertinent HSE policies, procedures, controls, and applicable legislation, adhering to sustainability guidelines in accordance with international standards and best practices.
Communications & Working Relationships
Internal:
- Collaborate with relevant departments and management as needed.
External:
- Engage with IR teams and management teams of the company Group’s listed subsidiaries as required, along with service providers (including brokers), suppliers, consultants, investors, sell-side analysts, rating agencies, ADX, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance).
- 10+ years of relevant experience (preferably in investor relations, finance, investment banking, advisory, or equity/credit research).
- Work experience within industries relevant to the company’s operations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English is essential.
- Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- CFA, MBA, CA, Certified Investor Relations Officer (CIRO), or other relevant IR certifications are not mandatory but are advantageous.
