Key Responsibilities
- Source home finance applications from the eligible target segment of the company.
- Meet individual targets consistently every month.
- Identify business development opportunities to increase sales.
- Ensure that daily submissions are complete, complying with documentation and credit requirements.
- Adhere to all prescribed processes, standard operating procedures, and local Central Bank regulations.
- Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) and ID&V (Identification and Verification) in line with stipulated guidelines.
- Communicate correct and accurate information to customers to avoid mis-selling or misinformation.
Results Required
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Submit complete and correct applications for a smooth and successful processing.
- Open new business avenues to meet monthly targets.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required
- Sales experience with a strong knowledge of the real estate market.
- Banking experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales role.
