Position

This role is designed as an onsite position, primarily working from an HPE partner/customer office. As a Senior HPC Administrator Technology Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), you will provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Your responsibilities include offering technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions that meet customer business needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, maintaining effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction while contributing to the company's solutions portfolio.

You will be accountable for generating and cultivating new business opportunities, which includes providing technical support for deal proposal development. Your contributions will impact HPE products, solutions, or services consistently, allowing you to apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues. You will also be responsible for guiding teams and collaborating with internal organizations, customers, and third parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and implement technical design solutions.
  • Lead in technical assessments and delivery of specific solutions.
  • Manage installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions.
  • Develop and support customer technology solutions in HPC services, including hardware and software for supercomputing systems.
  • Collaborate across teams and manage customer relationships.
  • Provide support for major changes and activities on-site.

Education and Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; or 11+ years of relevant professional experience without a degree.
  • Technical background in HPC systems, including experience with hardware and software in massively parallel systems.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies in HPC.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is expected; proficiency in additional languages may be advantageous.
