Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations across our Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah offices. The successful candidate will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance review coordination, and offboarding. This is a hands-on role that works closely with department managers and senior management, without team management or direct supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

   • Execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and following up on offers and joining arrangements.
   • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, understand departmental hiring requirements, and improve recruitment workflows and the candidate experience.

2. HR Operations & Payroll Coordination

   • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and update HR systems regularly.
   • Monitor attendance, leave records, and changes in employment status.
   • Prepare and verify payroll inputs, coordinating with Finance and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing.

3. Onboarding, Probation & Offboarding

   • Coordinate onboarding activities, collect required documentation, and support employee orientation.
   • Ensure new joiners understand company policies and procedures.
   • Follow up on probation reviews with department managers and coordinate offboarding documentation, exit interviews, and clearance processes.

4. HR Documentation & Compliance

   • Prepare employment offers, contracts, salary adjustment letters, employment status change letters, salary certificates, experience letters, NOCs, and other HR correspondence.
   • Maintain complete and accurate documentation, protect employee confidentiality, and ensure HR processes follow internal policies and applicable UAE labour requirements.

5. Employee Relations & Performance Review Coordination

   • Serve as a point of contact for employee enquiries and workplace concerns, handling sensitive matters professionally and confidentially.
   • Escalate cases requiring management decisions through the appropriate channels.
   • Coordinate performance review cycles, follow up with department managers on evaluations, and support employee training and development activities.

6. Employee Engagement, Retention & Process Improvement

   • Organise employee engagement activities, recognition initiatives, and internal HR events.
   • Support initiatives that strengthen employee satisfaction and retention.
   • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment, HR administration, documentation, and the effective use of HR systems.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven UAE experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, attendance and leave administration, and payroll coordination.
• Practical knowledge of UAE labour requirements, employee relations, and confidential HR case handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using recruitment and HR systems. Familiarity with Zoho Recruit and Zoho CRM is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.
