Responsibilities
- Lead HSE activities in all phases of projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support for the implementation of HSE management systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop HSE plans, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure HSE objectives are met.
- Monitor project performance and compliance regarding safety standards.
- Train and mentor staff on HSE practices and procedures.
- Manage incident investigations and reporting; recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum overall experience of 15+ years in oil and gas projects.
- At least 5+ years of experience in petrochemical and refinery projects.
- Familiarity with FEED and Detail Engineering projects.
- ADNOC project experience is advantageous.
- Experience in PMC projects is also advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
