About the Role The company is seeking to fill a key position that plays a crucial role in the operational and strategic success of our projects. This position involves contributions to various sectors, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water, Wastewater, Commercial, and Industrial sectors across the Middle East. The company aims to transition from traditional contractor roles into business partnerships that enhance operational efficiencies and provide significant value to clients. The focus is on developing strategic partnerships with leading technology providers globally to improve service delivery and operational capabilities. Responsibilities - Undertake investment, design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and facilities management services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client objectives and timelines. - Enhance operational performance, availability, and efficiency of plants through effective service delivery. - Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers to ensure access to advanced solutions. - Contribute to build-operate-transfer (BOT), build-operate-own (BOO), and public-private partnership (PPP) projects. Requirements - Proven experience in a construction or facilities management role within the relevant sectors. - Strong understanding of project management principles and practices. - Ability to collaborate effectively and foster strategic relationships with stakeholders. - Technical proficiency and familiarity with global technologies related to the industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
