As a Senior Implementation Specialist in a client-focused role within BCG's People & Organization Practice Area, you will be part of a growing global team that delivers value to clients through your expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets such as products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, and related expertise. This position involves contributing to client cases and proposals through relevant analysis and insights, ultimately creating significant impact for clients. You will be expected to travel onsite to understand client requirements and to design and develop solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models.
  • Streamlining and enhancing organizational processes for efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitating the adoption of new organizational designs, acting as a bridge between strategy and operational execution.
  • Collaborating across teams to manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining team cohesion.
  • Providing targeted tools and support for role adaptation and skills development to empower individuals for success in the new structure.
  • Supporting the commercialization efforts for organization activation projects alongside business leaders.

In addition, you will assist in developing intellectual property and assets for the business and help onboard and train junior colleagues.

You’re Good At

  • Formulating relevant research and analytical approaches to activate and implement strategic designs based on a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
  • Building client-ready deliverables in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing case team learnings to develop new proprietary knowledge assets.
  • Communicating effectively and confidently with case teams and clients.
  • Working collaboratively in diverse group dynamics, both in-person and virtually, while remaining flexible and open to innovative ideas.
  • Navigating complexity and ambiguity.

You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • 1-2+ years of consulting experience relevant to organization design and activation, strongly preferred; alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years of industry experience.
  • A strong understanding of organizational theory and design principles, change management, and project management.
  • Proven experience in leading organizational design projects within cross-functional and multinational team environments.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (advanced degree preferred).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You’ll Work With
You will engage directly with clients alongside BCG Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants. Between cases, you will collaborate with global topic leads to enhance BCG's expertise and capabilities for internal and external clients. As part of the Knowledge Team (KT), you will leverage deep domain knowledge to enable insights for case teams and clients, contributing to business development and proposals while organizing and codifying knowledge for superior business value.
