About the Job
As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) in a Client Focused role within BCG's Transform Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients through individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets including tools, data, workshops, frameworks, and surveys. Your role will involve contributing to cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and insights, while helping case teams create a strong impact for the client. This position may require travel to serve clients on-site to understand their requirements and design/develop tailored solutions.
You will play a key role in implementation projects, executing strategies aligned with established goals while maintaining focus on practical outcomes. Your responsibilities will include guiding teams in the application of business transformation principles, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality project execution. Additionally, you will mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of intellectual property and assets for the business.
As part of the Business Transformation team, you will help clients address complex enterprise-wide issues by formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organizations, transforming operations and processes, and ultimately improving business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead key modules within implementation projects, ensuring strategies are executed effectively.
  • Guide teams in understanding and applying business transformation principles.
  • Engage with clients and communicate the practical aspects of business transformation clearly.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of project components, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior colleagues in structured execution aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of junior staff based on your expertise.

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of consulting experience in operations and large-scale transformation, or at least 2+ years of relevant industry experience (3-6+ years preferred).
  • Proven experience in translating strategy into actionable plans.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
