You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Ensuring information is managed in accordance with Mace procedures and the procedures for the system in use.
- Supporting the build-out and onward delivery of a suite of management information, insights, and reporting.
- Assuring the ongoing integrity, continued evolution, and accuracy of company datasets.
- Supporting the registration of new arrivals onto government and other regulatory systems through the timely and accurate provision of employee data and documents.
- Ensuring the systematic management of employee documentation, adhering to standard procedures and naming conventions.
- Creating, managing, and updating distribution groups to ensure information flows to the correct organizations.
- Supporting the drafting, issuance, and signature of employment contracts.
- Aiding in the onboarding of Mace staff and external parties into the organization, including:
- Medical Insurance Registration
- Timecard Registration
- Bank details management and communication
- Oracle and email registration.
- Day-to-day management of probation tracking and reporting.
- Supporting organization and logistics of new employee inductions.
- Administering user access and permissions for company systems.
The role has a region-wide scope and impact.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business.
- Relevant experience in an administration role.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
