In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain high-performance infrastructure that supports our evolving business needs, with a focus on architecture, security, network administration, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable infrastructure solutions across servers, networking, storage, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications and optimal system availability.
- Monitor, configure, and maintain infrastructure components including servers, storage, switches, routers, firewalls, WAF, EPP, and load balancers.
- Proactively troubleshoot and tune systems for performance and reliability.
- Enforce infrastructure security best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance and protection against threats.
- Develop and manage robust backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard business continuity.
- Manage hardware inventory (workstations, laptops, screens, accessories) and provide on-site technical support.
- Work cross-functionally with IT teams to align infrastructure strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–7 years in IT infrastructure roles with strong hands-on experience.
- Public cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficient with Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper technologies.
- Strong knowledge of email platforms (Google Workspace, Zoho Mail).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Collaborative team mindset.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be an Arabic speaker.
- Saudi national.
- Ability to work on-site at our KSA office.
