Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Dell EMC PowerFlex and PowerStore infrastructure within enterprise-grade environments.
- Lead infrastructure projects including architecture reviews, performance tuning, and capacity scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant IT infrastructure.
- Act as the point of contact for vendor engagements and government regulatory coordination.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for complex infrastructure and storage-related issues.
- Perform capacity planning, risk analysis, and proactive infrastructure optimization.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on expertise in Dell EMC PowerFlex: deployment, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience with Dell EMC PowerStore, including backup and recovery solutions.
- Solid infrastructure knowledge across compute, storage, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and security.
- Familiarity with working in compliance-driven environments, including coordination with external regulators.
