Senior Infrastructure Lead (BCDR & Recovery)

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Lead to oversee and manage our server and storage systems across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will ensure our infrastructure is resilient, highly available, and aligned with business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) requirements. This role involves hands-on expertise, cross-team coordination, and detailed documentation to support robust infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management and optimization of server and storage systems (physical, virtual, and cloud).
• Implement and maintain high availability and failover technologies to minimize downtime.
• Design, manage, and test backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Ensure infrastructure fully supports Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure operations with business continuity plans.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure recovery procedures and conduct gap analysis to identify improvements.
• Test and validate recovery processes, ensuring readiness for real-world scenarios.
• Provide guidance and leadership in infrastructure best practices during the contract period.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Lead or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Expertise in high availability, clustering, and failover technologies.
• Hands-on experience with backup, restore, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with BCDR frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
