Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and optimization of server and storage systems (physical, virtual, and cloud).
- Implement and maintain high availability and failover technologies to minimize downtime.
- Design, manage, and test backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Ensure infrastructure fully supports Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure operations with business continuity plans.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure recovery procedures and conduct gap analysis to identify improvements.
- Test and validate recovery processes, ensuring readiness for real-world scenarios.
- Provide guidance and leadership in infrastructure best practices during the contract period.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Lead or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of server, storage, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Expertise in high availability, clustering, and failover technologies.
- Hands-on experience with backup, restore, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with BCDR frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
