The company is seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This senior role involves planning, leading, and coordinating all site-wide infrastructure works for a large, complex development. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating the planning and delivery of all site infrastructure works, including internal roads, service yards, and utilities.
- Managing the integration of new infrastructure with existing facilities, ensuring continuity of levels and operational access.
- Coordinating with master planners and various teams to optimize circulation, service routes, and interfaces.
- Overseeing the design and implementation of wet and dry utilities (e.g., water, power, telecom).
- Liaising with authorities to secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Directing the planning of service yards, ensuring safe vehicle movements and management.
- Reviewing design documents and monitoring infrastructure construction for quality and compliance.
- Coordinating testing, commissioning, and handover of infrastructure assets.
- Supporting value engineering and optimization for infrastructure works.
- Identifying risks and maintaining communication with project leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Master’s degree is a plus; professional registration or chartered status is desirable.
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure works on complex developments.
- Strong experience in utilities coordination and public realm works.
- Proven track record with multi-disciplinary teams and authority compliance.
- Familiarity with traffic, service logistics, and access planning for large venues.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
