Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various business units to identify data needs and analyze relevant information.
- Utilize SQL, SAS, and Python for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
- Conduct advanced data analysis using statistical methods, data mining techniques, and programming languages (e.g., EDA in Python).
- Translate complex data findings into clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics with a proven track record.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Python and its libraries for data analysis; familiarity with statistical analysis techniques using SAS and Python.
- Experience with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and customer segmentation.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, ETL, and processing.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and VBA.
