Position

In this role, the Senior Integration Architect serves as the technical project manager overseeing the technology and implementation process, while managing client relationships. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex client relationships with high variability to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Developing strategies for design, system validation, and integration across solutions and venues of care.
  • Overseeing the execution of domain, issue, and change control strategies.
  • Proactively mitigating and resolving integration risks, serving as the point for escalations.
  • Providing integration oversight for engagements and supporting project team members to meet deliverables and timelines.
  • Consulting cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direction and functionality regarding integration and stability.

Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Good understanding of Cerner Millennium solutions, particularly in areas like PowerChart Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, Ambulatory, and/or INA.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, with strong knowledge of the company Health Clinical and their workflows.
  • Experience as a consultant providing domain and/or project management oversight.
  • Healthcare industry expertise with a collaborative mindset for process improvement and communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) consulting experience in project management and client relationship management.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Cerner Millennium (highly preferred).

Work Conditions:

  • 100% onsite at client facility.
  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
