Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform the mounting, cabling of AESA antennas and passive sub-elements in line with procedures and quality standards.
• Support the near-field tuning and test team during the AESA antennas test campaigns in anechoic chamber.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including test reports, issue tracking, and performance analysis, ensuring accurate records for future reference.
• Actively contribute to process improvements in antennas mounting/cabling procedures, driving efficiency and quality enhancements.
• Act as a mentor and technical referent, guiding junior technicians in the proper execution of building blocks and antennas integrations.

Work Experience Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the integration of complex sub-systems, ideally in defense and/or space applications. Experience in radio frequencies measurement is a strong plus.

Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's in manufacturing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in assembly, integration and tests of systems or sub-systems.
• Good knowledge of power and test benches (user profile).
• Ability to take part in technical troubleshooting campaigns.
• Ability to lead, guide, and mentor junior technicians, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, identify anomalies, and suggest corrective actions.
• Ability to drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies, optimizing the efficiency and quality of products/sub-systems integration.
• You speak English with excellent communication. Arabic is a strong plus.
