As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the evolution of integration strategies within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust integration workflows and solutions across multiple platforms
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications
- Implement and maintain integration processes, ensuring reliability and performance
- Identify and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
- Stay informed about the latest integration technologies and methodologies to enhance current systems
- Document all integration processes and maintain an updated repository of integration standards
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of integration tools and technology stacks
- Lead by example and mentor junior engineers in best practices of systems integration
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in systems integration and middleware management
- In-depth knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache NiFi, Dell Boomi)
- Strong experience with API design and development (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with database systems and proficiency in SQL
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer) are advantageous
