The company Intelligence Center (MCIC) provides actionable intelligence to anticipate threats and facilitate risk-based decisions aimed at safeguarding the company's people, networks, data, and business. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence regarding geopolitical developments, cyber threats, fraud trends, and physical security risks that could impact the organization. The MCIC strengthens the trust ecosystem that supports the company's global operations through continuous monitoring and partnerships with industry, government, and law enforcement.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, analyze, publish, and disseminate threat intelligence for the company.
  • Utilize threat intelligence to inform risk-based decisions organization-wide.
  • Author risk assessments to capture the impact of threats on business operations.
  • Communicate intelligence analysis effectively to senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Build partnerships with internal teams and external entities such as government and law enforcement to enable threat intelligence sharing.
  • Support threat scenario development for resilience testing and exercises.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in synthesizing intelligence from various sources, including open-source and technical data.
  • Understanding of intelligence tradecraft, including structured analytic techniques, threat modeling, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with key threat domains (geopolitical, physical security, cyber) and the ability to learn emerging trends that affect business.
  • Experience producing clear, actionable intelligence for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effective communication skills for briefing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, political science, cybersecurity, international affairs, or a related field is preferred.
