BEACON RED is looking for a Senior Analyst to enhance its intelligence training and capability-building programs within law enforcement. This position provides analytical and instructional support across various departmental projects including internal investigations, supply chain integrity projects, and strategic intelligence initiatives geared towards governance, compliance, and national security objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee a range of analytical workstreams, including internal investigations, compliance reviews, and threat assessments.
- Ensure analytical outputs are methodologically robust and aligned with NSC governance standards.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams producing high-quality intelligence reports and assessments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to enhance workflows and represent BEACON RED at strategic forums.
- Design and lead specialist intelligence training and develop accredited programs for clients.
- Mentor training cadre to ensure exceptional delivery of programs.
Experience And Qualifications:
- Proven background in leading analytical intelligence support to criminal investigations.
- Familiarity with high-trust environments and managing complex stakeholder interactions.
- Must have served as a full-time Law Enforcement officer in Intelligence Analysis, with formal training from a recognized Five Eyes (FVEY) agency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including report writing and presentations.
- Over 10 years of law enforcement experience within an Intelligence Analysis environment.
- Experience managing teams in complex multi-jurisdictional investigations is advantageous.
