Senior Investment Advisor

About the Role
As a Senior Investment Advisor, you will guide international and local investors to the right properties, negotiate and close deals, share market insights, and manage client property portfolios from first enquiry through to after-sales. Please note that this is a commission-only position with no fixed salary.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in identifying and acquiring properties that meet their investment criteria
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
• Maintain and manage client property portfolios
• Provide market insights and analysis for informed decision-making

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales
• Proven track record of AED 40M+ in total sales over the last 12 months
• Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Fluent in English, plus one or more additional languages (e.g., Russian, Arabic, Chinese, German, French)
• Valid UAE driving license
