Responsibilities

• Manage and close property deals while achieving sales targets
• Advise property investors and oversee high-value transactions
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective negotiation and presentation skills
• Contribute to team performance while working independently
• Utilize fresh daily leads and marketing support to drive sales

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or luxury sales
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets
• Experience in advising property investors preferred
• Familiarity with the UAE/Dubai real estate market is a plus
• European background preferred
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills
• Valid UAE driving license
