Responsibilities
- Guide clients in identifying suitable investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize property deals effectively.
- Provide insightful market analysis to clients.
- Manage client property portfolios throughout the investment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales.
- Proven track record of AED 40M+ in total sales over the last 12 months.
- Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills.
- Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Fluent in English, plus one or more additional languages (e.g. Russian, Arabic, Chinese, German, French).
- Valid UAE driving license.
