Synechron is seeking a Senior iOS Developer with over 8 years of experience. As a Senior Developer, you will be involved in shaping and implementing digital products while ensuring that the company stays at the forefront of technology.
In this role, you will work within a cross-functional team that includes a Product Owner, Designers, and other engineers to co-develop digital products. Your responsibilities will span the full technology stack, from DevOps infrastructure that supports continuous deployment to native app development and front-end development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute across the full technology stack, from database and DevOps to front-end development.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team.
- Lead and manage a team of developers.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, including SCRUM.
Previous Experience & Skills Required:
- At least 7 years of software development experience in iOS/iPhone/iPad using Objective C and Swift.
- Extensive experience with XCode, UIKit, Core Data, and more.
- Familiarity with UX principles and the Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience with build tools (Fastlane, xcodebuild) and dependency managers (Cocoapods, Carthage).
- Previous app deployment experience on the App Store.
- Expertise in writing unit/UI tests with XCTest and related tools.
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
- Mobile banking experience and CI-CD tools (Jenkins or similar) preferred.
- Excellent programming skills in at least two modern programming languages/frameworks (e.g., Swift, Objective C, Java, Node.JS, etc.).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and application security.
