Position

As a Senior in IT Assurance at Deloitte, you will lead and execute IT assurance engagements, focusing on evaluating General IT Controls (GITC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), and interface controls. Your role includes overseeing Third-Party Assurance reporting, conducting SOX audits, and developing remediation plans for control deficiencies. You will also manage the complete engagement lifecycle, mentor junior team members, and maintain trusted relationships with client IT and business teams.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT assurance engagements and assess IT infrastructure and cybersecurity environments.
  • Execute Third-Party Assurance reporting assignments, including SOC 1 and SOC 2 reporting.
  • Develop and implement control remediation plans and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Drive go-to-market activities and support thought leadership initiatives within the Risk Advisory practice.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and promote a culture of development and inclusion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT audit, IT assurance, or IT risk consulting, preferably in the Middle East or at a global professional services firm.
  • Familiarity with IT risk and cybersecurity standards (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001) and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CPA, CIA, or CISSP are preferred or in progress.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required by client engagements.
