About the Job: At Deloitte, you will join one of the largest and most prestigious professional services firms in the world. In your role as a Senior in IT Assurance, you will have the opportunity to showcase and further develop your capabilities in various critical areas including: - Leading and executing IT assurance engagements, evaluating General IT Controls (GITC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), and interface controls. - Participating in and overseeing Third-Party Assurance reporting assignments, including SOC 1 (ISAE 3402) and SOC 2 reporting across diverse industries. - Leading and executing SOX audits by evaluating IT controls over financial reporting. - Developing and implementing remediation plans for control deficiencies. - Presenting findings and control recommendations to client stakeholders. - Managing the full engagement lifecycle from planning and fieldwork to reporting and follow-up. - Leading assessments across IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and cybersecurity environments. - Mentoring and developing junior team members through on-the-job coaching and feedback. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT audit, IT assurance, or IT risk consulting, preferably in the Middle East or with a global professional services firm. - Knowledge of IT risk and cybersecurity standards (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001) and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Professional certifications such as CISA, CPA, CIA, or CISSP are preferred or in progress. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Language Requirements: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence. - Willingness to travel across the region as required by client engagements.
