Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with business stakeholders to identify needs and objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and design documents.
- Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure shared understanding and resolve issues.
- Support testing activities by developing test plans and coordinating user acceptance testing.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis methodologies.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in business analysis within IT environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex requirements gathering and project documentation.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with business analysis and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
