In this role, you will support clients in their digital transformation through technology, design, cybersecurity, and financial engineering. You will have the opportunity to shape the digital transformation of global companies while balancing overarching technical solutions with individual client circumstances.
What You'll Do:
- Develop groundbreaking projects using agile methods for strategic IT implementation.
- Create and deploy customized training on Agile concepts, engaging in hands-on coaching as clients navigate day-to-day problem-solving.
- Shape tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on thorough analysis and awareness of current market developments like machine learning.
What You'll Bring:
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, with specific experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in agile software development teams.
- Proven track record in orchestrating transitions and coaching teams for large Agile programs.
- Knowledge of current buzzwords and trends, such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, and AI.
- Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
- Formal qualifications or certifications in Agile (e.g., CSM, CSPO, PSM, SAFe) are highly desirable.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations in the Middle East and beyond.
