Key Responsibilities:

Governance & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and update IT policies, procedures, and standards aligned with national frameworks and international standards (COBIT, ISO 38500, ITIL).
- Monitor and enforce compliance with IT policies across all departments.
- Prepare and present periodic compliance reports for senior leadership.

Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and document IT risks in coordination with Cybersecurity, PMO, and operational teams.
- Develop and execute risk mitigation and treatment plans.
- Continuously monitor the risk landscape and recommend necessary actions.

IT Strategy & Portfolio Alignment:
- Support the development and review of IT and Digital Transformation Strategies.
- Evaluate IT projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and national digital government priorities.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of policies for project management, change management, and business continuity.

Quality & Performance:
- Define and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the IT governance framework.
- Monitor and report on IT service performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Documentation & Audits:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive governance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Address audit findings and implement process improvements.

Digital Government Standards:
- Ensure all IT governance activities align with national digital government requirements.
- Support teams in achieving compliance with Digital Government Maturity models and other mandated digital initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT governance, compliance, or IT risk management.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 38500) and international standards (ISO 27001, ISO 20000).
- Proven experience in drafting, implementing, and managing IT policies and governance documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Superior communication and report-writing skills.
Preferred Certifications (Advantage):
- COBIT Foundation or higher
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
- CGEIT or equivalent
