We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator with experience in setting up and managing robust IT infrastructure and computing systems. As a critical member of our team, you will design and implement networks and user solutions, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on infrastructure services needed for studio production and operations.
- Assist with Level 2 escalations related to Firewall, Switches, Network equipment, Storage, Virtual Machines, and SaaS services.
- Manage permissions, rules, and policies of various software applications in the company.
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory group policies, login scripts, DNS, and DHCP.
- Maintain Active Directory and virtual servers; build and configure Windows and VMWare servers.
- Assist in evaluating new requirements, technical design, and standards for the studio.
- Oversee data backup and restoration processes.
- Maintain documentation for IT solutions deployed within the organization.
- Efficiently monitor deployed services and support automated reporting.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Provide end-user support (level 3 and above).
Qualifications and Key Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to a constantly evolving production environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- 5+ years of Systems Administration and Support experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a Storage or Virtualization Administrator is preferred.
- Strong ITSM management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ManageEngine/ServiceNow products preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows server installation and administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, DFS/R, Office 365).
- Skills in Linux configuration and administration (RHEL/Ubuntu).
- Experience with VMware, Nutanix, Hypervisor installation and administration via vCLI/API/Ansible.
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with software such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Perforce, ManageEngine, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Miro.
- Scripting languages: Python, SQL, PowerShell, Bash.
- Knowledge of automation and A/V systems.
