The Senior Project Manager (Agile) will lead multiple concurrent initiatives across custom software development, digital platforms, data and integration projects, and vendor-led deliveries within a large enterprise or government environment. This role requires full end-to-end delivery ownership, strong governance, stakeholder confidence, and the ability to operate in hybrid Agile–Waterfall models where required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own full project lifecycle: intake, discovery, planning, execution, release, and post-production support.
- Manage multiple parallel projects including digital applications, integrations, enhancements, and BAU work.
- Lead Agile, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery models pragmatically based on project needs.
- Establish delivery governance, RAID logs, dashboards, KPIs, and Steering Committee reporting.
- Manage stakeholders across business, IT, security, architecture, DevOps, and vendors.
- Manage vendors with clear SLAs, milestones, acceptance criteria, and escalation models.
- Ensure quality-first delivery with clear Definition of Done, testing readiness, release notes, and rollback plans.
- Use Azure DevOps and/or Jira for backlog management, metrics, traceability, and reporting.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 8–15+ years in Project / Delivery / Program Management
- 5+ years leading Agile custom software development projects
- Experience managing multiple projects or programs in parallel
- Strong background in enterprise or government environments
- Hands-on experience with vendor and multi-team delivery models
- Mandatory tools: Azure DevOps and/or Jira
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, ITIL
