This position involves managing the delivery of technology and business change projects. You will work on small to medium-sized projects with regular supervision.

Responsibilities Include:

• Project managing the delivery of technology projects, ensuring adherence to quality, scope, budgets, and plans.
• Transforming unstructured business challenges or technology changes into clear projects of work.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders across business and digital teams.
• Effectively managing project issues, risks, and dependencies, and proactively identifying options and solutions.
• Mobilizing, managing, and developing project teams, including both internal and external resources.
• Communicating project status to stakeholders with support from the Digital Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Challenging business and digital stakeholders to achieve the best possible solution for Mace while balancing against agreed plans and budgets.
• Collaborating towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and sharing responsibility for identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, along with relevant work experience on high-value projects/programmes, are essential for immigration and client approval.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Note that obtaining a visa in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may involve a criminal record check, qualifications verification, and might be subject to age restrictions.
