Senior IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end IT project delivery across business platforms, core technology platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, risk management, vendor coordination, and successful delivery of technology projects within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, delivery approach, and governance structure.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Apply Agile delivery practices including Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise IT projects and transformation programmes.
• Strong experience delivering technology projects within banking or financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
