Day in the Life:
- Serve as the primary IT contact for Middle East operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations.
- Manage regional IT infrastructure, networks, end-user technology, field systems, and connectivity to support reliable business operations.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity standards, access controls, software licensing compliance, and IT governance requirements.
- Lead relationships with vendors, telecommunications providers, and service partners while overseeing IT assets, procurement, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with business leaders and global IT teams to deliver technology projects, infrastructure upgrades, budgeting initiatives, and continuous service improvements.
What We Need From You:
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or technical support, including experience leading teams, vendors, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint management, cybersecurity, identity and access management, and IT service management.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and telecommunications providers; exposure to SAP, ServiceNow, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build relationships across technical and business teams.
