In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, validating, and governing enterprise-grade IT and cybersecurity solutions across various domains including cloud, infrastructure, security, networking, and applications. You will work closely with sales teams during pre-sales engagements and support delivery teams post-sales to ensure successful and secure implementation of solutions in alignment with customer business outcomes. This position is customer-facing and technically hands-on, requiring both strategic consulting skills and deep technical expertise. As a trusted advisor, you will ensure long-term success through effective solution architecture, technical governance, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technology requirements.
- Position company solutions effectively, prepare technical proposals, and respond to RFPs.
- Lead solution demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Partner with sales teams to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Architect end-to-end network and security solutions.
- Develop high-level and low-level designs for enterprise customers.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with relevant frameworks.
- Mentor junior architects and consultants.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT solution design experience, with at least 3–5 years in an architecture or senior consulting role.
- Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity and IT security.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SABSA, Zachman).
- Strong consulting and customer engagement skills.
- Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is expected, additional languages may be preferred depending on the client base.
