We have an immediate opening for a Senior IT Support Engineer in one of our Fulfillment Centers. Fulfillment Centers handle millions of items from tens of thousands of vendors and ship them across the globe each day. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of their areas of responsibility and will manage changes effectively. You will build and operate infrastructure environments and provide critical input to ensure that our platform is designed with operability in mind, ensuring that all work around infrastructure progresses successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
- Join a team that oversees operations following customer purchases.
- Manage build and deployment projects, focusing on pre-delivery environments.

What You Will Bring:

Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high-availability environment.
- 2+ years of networking experience (e.g., DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP).
- 2+ years providing support for Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
- Bachelor's degree.
