In this position, you will report to the IT Manager and work closely with colleagues and remote support teams to implement and maintain essential infrastructure elements while providing daily support to meet operational needs. As a key escalation point for technical issues, you will interface effectively with IT Support Technicians, remote teams, and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain IT infrastructure while ensuring optimal performance of all IT equipment.
  • Liaise confidently with senior management and stakeholders across various business entities.
  • Manage and support the updating and auditing of departmental documentation.
  • Lead projects across the site, collaborating with business teams and remote support.
  • Ensure adherence to Amazon's IT and Health & Safety guidelines through site audits.
  • Act as a point of contact for contractors and external suppliers regarding technical issues.
  • Produce weekly reports covering metrics and work performed, and contribute to the paid on-call schedule for high-severity incidents.
  • Provide mentoring and training to technicians and support recruitment efforts for OpsTechIT.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, DFS, Print Services, and SCCM.
  • 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
  • 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
  • 2+ years of networking familiarity, including DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI model, and TCP/IP.
  • 2+ years of support for Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in computer networking.
  • Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (additional languages may be preferred).
