We currently have an immediate opening for an IT Support Engineer in one of our Fulfillment Centers. These centers manage millions of items from thousands of vendors and ship them globally each day. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of their areas of responsibility and ensure effective change management. You will be involved in building and operating infrastructure environments, providing crucial insights to design platforms with operability in mind. You'll be responsible for ensuring the advancement of all infrastructure-related work. Given the dynamic nature of our operations, the ideal candidate will thrive in an environment marked by change and ambiguity.

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user high availability environment.
- 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
- 2+ years of experience in corporate settings with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
- Bachelor’s degree.
