As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will work closely with onsite and remote support teams to implement and maintain critical infrastructure and provide daily support for operational needs.
You will serve as an escalation point for IT Support Technicians, remote teams, and Operations on technical issues. There will also be ample opportunities for project involvement and innovation within a multinational team that thrives on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of all IT equipment.
  • Liaise with senior management and stakeholders across various business entities.
  • Ensure adherence to departmental KPIs and SLAs.
  • Manage projects across the site, collaborating with the business and technical teams to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Conduct site audits and represent the IT department in meetings.
  • Manage external contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with the company's standards.
  • Mentor IT Support Technicians and contribute to departmental documentation.
  • Provide on-call support for high-severity incidents.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP).
  • Proficiency in Windows server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).
  • Technical support experience and familiarity with Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a Windows server environment.
  • Knowledge of video conference and teleconference equipment.
