Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Apply best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and system integration.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional software development experience using Java (8 or above).
- Strong expertise in the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- Proven experience building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
- Proficiency with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
