What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable Java applications.
- Utilize JEE, Struts, Spring MVC frameworks to build high-quality software solutions.
- Deploy and manage applications on JBOSS, WebSphere, and WebLogic servers.
- Oversee the migration of legacy applications to a microservices architecture on AWS Cloud.
- Work with databases including Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, and DB2 to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
What You Should Have
- 10-14 years of proven experience in Java development.
- Expertise in JEE, Struts, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with JBOSS, WebSphere, and WebLogic servers.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with migration of legacy applications to microservices architecture on AWS Cloud.
- Proficiency in working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, and DB2.
- Leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior developers.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Java or related technologies is a plus.
- Experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS, is advantageous.
