Senior Lead SAP CAR Allocation & Replenishment Planning

The Senior Lead SAP CAR Allocation & Replenishment Planning is responsible for delivering SAP implementation activities within the Functional stream, leveraging expertise in SAP CAR Allocation & Replenishment Planning. This role ensures high-quality solution delivery aligned with project standards and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP CAR Allocation & Replenishment Planning related tasks during design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
• Prepare allocation, replenishment, and POSDTA foundations to support forecasting and replenishment.
• Align with third-party and e-commerce data needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solution delivery.
• Support issue resolution, enhancements, and performance improvements.
• Prepare documentation, test scripts, and deployment materials.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP CAR Allocation & Replenishment Planning
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (Retail template awareness)
• Understanding of CAR OPP/UDF/POSDTA concepts
• Basics of retail analytics & forecasting/replenishment
• Integration understanding (CPI/BTP, IDocs/OData basics)
• Awareness of MDG and master data governance
• Experience in testing (SIT/UAT) & cutover readiness
• Stakeholder management & documentation
