Role: Senior Lead Software Engineer
Skill: Azure, Open AI (GenAI, Speech, Language), Nodejs, Typescript
Description:
Minimum 5 Years of good IT experience with at least 1 plus year of Azure and Open AI use case development experience. At least 1+ year hands on in TypeScript and Nodejs development. Hands on experience in performance tuning, debugging, monitoring on Azure based services. Technical lead for a team of engineers to drive Open AI use case development.
Technical Skills:
Strong Azure and Open AI experience with Vision, Speech, Language, Generative AI services, Cognitive services. Hands on experience with Azure Deployment, Cosmos DB, Azure Insights, RAG, Agents implementation. Expert at advanced prompt engineering, Chaining technologies like Langchain, Good knowledge of LLMs, RAG architecture. Development experience in Node.JS, Mongo DB to integrate with Azure AI and Different internal services. Experience in developing Business use case POCs, Implementation, and supporting business to realize the value of the use case. Follows the new trends and development in the AI space to bring value to business.
Functional Skills:
Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices. Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred. Experience in Agile methodology. Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization. Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies.
