Responsibilities
- Provide support to regional teams during project life from the Tender phase to warranty completion, including documentation, advice, and best practices during the configuration phase.
- Assist customers during project execution by providing documentation, immediate containment, and closure of issues, along with writing technical reports and conducting failure and root cause analysis.
- Travel to provide local support during troubleshooting, investigate issues, and report findings.
- Maintain and update a qualification platform in the factory to reproduce issues or conduct tests on new R&D releases.
- Prepare and deliver training to regional teams or customers, updating training materials as necessary to reflect new product or system evolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience leading technical project execution in grid automation portfolios.
- Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time.
- Strong experience with protection and control system design, validation, commissioning, and cyber security protocols such as IEC61850 and Modbus.
