The Senior Lead, Technology & Cyber Security Risk Oversight is pivotal in implementing the Emirates NBD Operational Risk management framework and associated controls. This role drives technology and information security risk oversight requirements across the group to facilitate the execution of the enterprise risk management strategy. The successful candidate will conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), develop KRI monitoring processes, and manage risk reduction efforts in collaboration with technology and business stakeholders across Group and International locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technology risk assessments and manage risks across business entities and subsidiaries.
- Oversee management of technology domains, investigate control failure events, and provide expert advice to senior management.
- Develop a technology risk governance framework aligned with Basel III.
- Implement risk quantification tools and monitor risk metrics, including KRIs and compliance with security frameworks.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Basel II/III risk structures.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in Cybersecurity and Risk Management, with at least 10 years in Information Security.
- Experience in financial services and with Big 4 firms preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management.
- Proficient in penetration testing, threat intelligence, incident response, and technology/system failure reviews.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Blockchain, AI, IoT, and quantum computing.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English, with excellent analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
