Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments across the full infrastructure lifecycle.
- Manage VMware vSphere and Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization platforms.
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure application deployment reliability.
- Manage NFS, CIFS/SMB permissions and enterprise SAN/NAS environments.
- Work with Pure Storage, IBM Storage, and Oracle ZFS platforms.
- Administer Commvault backup, recovery, and data protection solutions.
- Provision and support LAMP stacks, SSL certificates, and web infrastructure.
- Support Java, Apache Tomcat, and JBoss application environments.
- Develop automation and operational scripts using Bash, Python, Perl, or Ruby.
- Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, patching, upgrades, and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain infrastructure security, availability, capacity, and operational standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in RHEL/Linux Administration
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere
- Experience with OpenShift Virtualization and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of SAN/NAS, NFS, CIFS/SMB, and enterprise storage
- Experience with Commvault Backup & Recovery
- Working knowledge of LAMP, Java, Tomcat, and JBoss
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash/Python/Perl/Ruby
- Strong troubleshooting and incident-management capabilities
- Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure, security, and high-availability environments
