We are looking for a Senior Litigation Counsel with experience in IT, Fintech, or banking to join our legal team. In this role, you will lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across multiple jurisdictions, including the UAE, UK, EU, and HK.

Responsibilities
- Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions.
- Handle cases end-to-end: legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with local counsel.
- Develop litigation strategies, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain case documentation and knowledge bases.
Requirements
- 7+ years of litigation/dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house, specifically in IT or fintech.
- Law degree and active admission to practice.
- Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Experience with e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion, and LLMs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Strong knowledge of UK Common Law (UK Law Solicitor qualification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain it).
- Experience in commercial litigation and ADR.
- Flexibility for extended hours and willingness to travel.
