AIQ is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer tasked with designing and maintaining robust data pipelines, integrating and optimizing machine learning algorithms, and contributing to high-performance APIs and data management systems. This role involves collaboration with data science and engineering teams to address technical challenges, enhance database scalability, and ensure efficient data workflows that support AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality data outputs in storage, extraction, and integration activities.
- Develop and maintain data management systems, ensuring optimized workflows and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with data science teams to integrate and optimize algorithms for product solutions.
- Contribute to API creation for accessing and transforming analytical data for stakeholders.
- Design and implement improvements for database performance, capacity, and scalability.
- Assist data science and software engineering teams with technical challenges.
- Develop standards and tools for quality data management practices within AIQ.
- Continuously improve the efficiency and quality of engineering outputs.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes excellence through feedback and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience (preferably in the Oil and Gas or Energy Industry).
- Skills:
- Proficient communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workloads independently and as a team player.
- Advanced knowledge in modern programming languages and data engineering practices.
- Advanced knowledge of databases and application security.
Language Requirements: Proficient communication skills in English are required.
