Key Responsibilities
- Investigate commercial losses on behalf of insurance companies by visiting policyholders’ premises.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for each visit and maintain a full diary.
- Manage a caseload effectively to ensure timely service delivery within clients' SLAs and meet challenging audit criteria.
- Provide guidance and support in the development and mentoring of colleagues.
Skills and Qualifications
- A full Driving Licence: Essential for traveling by car.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex details and negotiate fair settlements with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.
- Experience in Major and Complex Loss Claims: Significant expertise in handling these types of claims.
- Qualifications: ACII/ACILA qualified or an equivalent professional qualification, or a commitment to work towards acquiring these qualifications.
- Helpful Experience: Market profile and account management experience are valuable but not required.
