Senior Manager – Applications

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Applications to lead our Applications Business Unit (BU). This role will be responsible for owning the business unit’s strategy, go-to-market (GTM) execution, growth, and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical depth, and a clear understanding of enterprise business processes to support the company’s overall objectives and deliver client-centric solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the company’s business goals for the Applications BU.
• Define go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and market presence.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle – from requirement gathering and planning to deployment and support.
• Engage with key clients to understand business needs and technical requirements.
• Own and manage the BU’s P&L including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical and functional teams.
• Ensure projects and solutions are compliant with industry regulations, data protection standards, and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Desired: Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in software development, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role overseeing application development, delivery, or business unit management.
